Virus/Spy ware Removal

Customer's Description:

i have a virus on my laptop, it is not letting me do anything i have tried downloading antivirus software but the virus is not letting me open them up to be able to run. i am scared to purchase any over the internet, i dont want to put my credit card detils online with this virus. please i need help. i dont have any of my origonal software to reinstall as i am on holidays from overseas so i cant wipe the computer, i have files and pics that i need backed up so i can reload them back onto the computer. please let me know if you can help and at what cost, thanks
