Suspected Motherboard failure. the PC does not turn on at all. The poer unit has been replaced but it has made no difference. It is a Intel Celeron D processor on a ASRock P4V88+ board.

Andrew responded very quickly and was able to visit within a couple of days. Hew repared the fault with half an hour.
