Customer's Description:

I tried some time ago to instal Norton Antivirus on my Acer desktop PC (we have it on my husband's laptop) so we could set up a home network. This failed and fatally corrupted Windows, so now my desktop won't start at all. I bought it preloaded with Windows XP and don't have a disk to reinstal from. We have a BT Hub and my desktop has a Belkin wireless key. The laptop is Lenovo, running Windows XP.

Outstanding service, apart from one thing. Vinay had a problem with his car and had to rearrange an appointment. He then had further car problems but did not let us know he could not make the rearranged time. But I think this was exceptional and I will definitely ask Vinay to sort out any further computer problems we have.
