Customer's Description:	My wireless internet connection is not working. There are two windows on my screen.One is warning me there is a virus and the second offers me to purchase a virus protection. But if I run my own virus protection (MCA)which i purchased with my Sony Vaio model number PCG3C1M it tells me there is no virus
