Network Issues (including Setup)

Customer's Description:

On startup, I get the error message "unable to load the locally stored profile" and it logs me in with a temporary profile. Seems to have forgotten me and my pictures, docs, favourite sites etc (although they are there if I search for them). Have been using the laptop for 5 years. Have an HP Pavilion dv5000 and use Windows XP, AVG security & ZoneAlarm firewall. Can't find the original startup discs and system recovery doesn't work.

Gavin was very quick to respond to my problem and I was reassured from the first conversation that he knew what he was doing. Great customer service skills, took time to explain and demonstrate everything. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him and use him again myself.
