Customer's Description:

My laptop screen is not working. The screen flickered for a couple of days last week and now will not display anything. I am sure this is not a backlight / inverter issue - there is some light on the screen and I cannot see any characters at all. When I hook the laptop up to an external monitor it is working fine. My guess is that the ribbon cable to the screen has worked loose or is damaged in some way. I have not brought the laptop to work with me today but will make sure I have it from tomorrow. I am busy at work today and may not be able to answer my phone (I work in a mobile blackspot) but please leave a voicemail. Thanks.
