Customer's Description:

i cant boot up my laptop. On black screen I'm given a Message says that says 'media test failure' and 'no bootable device. Insert boot disk and press any key'. I don't have a seperate boot disk as it iq supposed to back up on the dual hard drive. In the last couple weeks i've had some problems with the machine freezing with a fuzzy screen.

Steve was very professional. He responded quickly to the request, came over near enough straight away, diagnosed the problem and took the laptop away to repair - bringing it back the night after as promised. I can't comment much on value for money as I haven't had to pay for this kind of thng before, but it was a reasonable price to pay to replace the hard drive.
