Customer's Description:

We have two lap-tops and would like a general check-up/service for them. On the main lap-top the battery is not recharging, we don't have proper back-up so would like advice on this, we can't set the print default to 'draft', one key is not working, we would like advice on speakers or how to get the sound louder, and how to download from a mobile. We have Avvast and Optomizer - and would like advice on whether these are adequate programs for protection and keeping the computer clear. Thursday evenings are the best time for us, from 5:30pm. We would like to start with a booking for one hour only and then see how that goes. We would like to book Michael H.
