Problem Summary:	Hardware Related Issues
Customer's Description:	Dell XPS m1530 Hardware problem. laptop will boot (on ocasion) and screen blacklight will go on but screen remains black. Possible problem with graphics card/ soldering/ mobo? In addition CPU fan most likely needs to be replaced. If hardware problem is resolved would also require general maintenance on system to improove performence.
