URGENT unabled to open an attachment

i have a VERY important attachment to open and print, the message i am getting is "no longer available to forward". This attachment will not let me open it, when I recieved it I saved it to my PC after reading and printing it out, but now it will not let me open it?? this is a very VERY important document, please help!

What type of file is it? There are some security settings which will let a sender set a file so that it can only be opened once, or cannot be copied/forwarded. Depending on the file type, there may be ways round this.

What email client are you using? e.g. Outlook express, Outlook 2000 etc?

The message may have been recalled by the sender or as Alan states the sender may have placed restrictions on the amount of times you can open it or send the attachment.

Is the file you opened in your recently opened documents?

XP // Start Menu > Documents
Vista // Start menu > Recent Items
