doent boot up,starts up then goes off.also i don have orriginal cd & manuel.when bought

Could be overheating, could be a motherboard fault. Its a Packard Bell, they tend to do that

Raise a job request for one of our team to visit you and diagnose it properly - trying to do it through the forum is next to impossible with the info given, though its almost certainly a hardware fault of some kind
