first it would help if you could be more descriptive of the problem.
I for one haven't a clue what you are talking about. If you tell us more about whats going on then maybe we can help, otherwise not a chance

My first guess would be that your internet connection is down. Do you have any other devices connected, and can they connect to the internet?

If not, try switching off your router and then back on after about 30 seconds.
