Display adapter stops boot up process.

Hey, I have had my PC for about 4 weeks now. I have been using it and it is doing amazing good, but let me get into the problem here.

After 2 days of using my PC, I started recieving flickerinjg, it would flicker horizontally and it ruined my vision of the games I played. If it kept flickering for 1 minute then it would become more worseand after another minute it would freeze the PC but remember this is only sometimes. 2 weeks later, I was play BLR and I got flickering and restarted the game then slowly it flickered again and it instantly froze. I rebooted multiple times however the start up flickered and froze after the welcome screen. I did some testing and reset my PC. I installed everything again and installed the drivers again however I was stuck on installing my AMD ccc drivers, when ether I installed the Display drivers for the PC, it would freeze on startup, and without that I cannot play games D:. Now here I am just on my PC browsing through threads to find a solution. It has been like this for 2 weeks now and I am already half dead. I posted this on 3 threads but they all haven’t found a solution yet. My PC specs are:

AMD FX-6350
Powercolor Radeon HD 7950
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 memory
Western digital caviar blue 1TB 7200RPM Harddrive
Corsair CX500W

This how it looks like on the start up. ( I tried recording it flickering in the games before the startup problem happened but it didn’t record the flickers, it only recorded the gameplay)

RE: Display adapter stops boot up process.

Could be bad drivers. Download the driver installation package direct from the manufacturers support site and re-install. If it freezes on startup you'll have to use the "Load Only Essential Drivers" from the start options page (Safe Mode).
