Windows C is full

Windows C is full

Hello to all. I'm trying to combine a YouTube video with it's cc subtitles,using Handbreak. The only thing is, it tells me that there is not enough room in windows C to do so. I have an external folder, using an old memory from a laptop. This shows up as E. Can I change C to E? I'm sure I also had a D, which had spare space, but that seems to have disappeared! Thanks to all in advance
