3 dongle

hi there, just wondering if anyone can help...

i have a 3 dongle, i put it in my laptop it uploads fine and connects me to internet, it allows me to go on ebay, youtube, and ebay.. but when i try to log into my accounts e.g. email and facebook it says i has connection problems? and the troubleshoot cannot identify the problem.. can anyone please help..

sounds like either overkeen security software, or some kind of system hijack. Or maybe someone else with access to the machine thinks you're spending too much time online

Logging in usually requires that you access a secure web page https://... So it looks as if you have a problem with https. There are several possible causes, some of which Jon mentioned. In the first instance I suggest you try a different web browser. The four most famous browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple safari.
