3 dongle

when i insert the dongle it said connected but when i try to access the internet it comes up cannot display the web page i have tried it on another laptop and it works fine so it is not the dongle

Michael, "cannot display the web page" means you have not got an internet connection. So something on the computer is preventing the dongle working properly. Unfortunately, as you will see if you look at the old threads, there any many possible reasons for this. If you're not very expert with computers you may well be missing the warning signs and danger signals that are the clues to what is going wrong. If you cannot spot the clues then it is difficult to help via the forum. I'm sure if you placed a call-out to a PCIQ Professional they could get you connected.
