Hi I would love it highly if you could give me advice, my dongle has worked for months, but now it keeps disconnecting its self I have uninstalled and re-installed the 3 dongle and yet it still does this, the connection is great and the settings seem to fine, what could be my issue?

It could be a hardware fault, in which case the dongle would misbehave in the same way on another computer. Modems, and your computer treats your dongle as a dial-up modem, can be set to disconnect after a period of inactivity and sometimes get this wrong so that could be a computer setting causing your dongle to disconnect itself. But I think it is much more likely that your dongle is just plain faulty.
