internet troubles

when i plug in the 3 Dongle it logs on but no internet pages come up, I click on the probs and it says my modem isnt working.but it is. whats going on ?.

hi paul, try unistall your 3 dongle and then re install it.. it happened me a few times and when i did that it worked perfect after.. but im not sure, worth a try...
