about my 3g dongle

Iam currently using airtel 3g from 3days before i used my wifi in my home .suddenly i disconnected my dongle and switched on to wifi but i knew that my laptop doesnt connect to wifi it takes time and after using dongle my laptop scrollpad is not at all working properly i am usin compaq 610 notebook .please help me

We can try to help by email, but we do not have local engineers for you.You do not say what operating system you are running, but assuming that it is Windows:-


Have you tried rebooting your laptop? That may fix the problem. Otherwise, go into Device Manager and check if the mousepad is showing as working correctly. You may need to reload the driver software which you should be able to get from the Compaq website.

Or try a system restore to beyond where the problems started.

I am using windows vista it is strucking when netbrowsing . i am in India it is happening like this daily after using dongle and disconnecting it
and again using my wifi i cant connect it to my laptop pageopening is slow . i think it is due to virus . in the past i used tablet pc used it in 2 storey building in my home to connect it to my own wifi after using sim card internet sitting in first floor i cant connect my tablet pc to wifi router in 2nd floor. the same problem when used dongle my laptop slowed down i think it's because of virus?
