3 dongle doesn't open some webpages

Hello there,
I recently bought a 3 dongle but I'm having issues with some webpages not opening.

I use firefox, so when I chose a website, the wheel spins then turns green to indicate it has recognised the site, but for some reason it just will not open.

A main site I need to use is a wordpress blogging site, but I'm unable to open it. I've tried to do this on Chrome aswell and it hasn't worked so I assume that it must be a problem with the dongle.

Do you have any ideas on how to rectify this problem?

Many thanks

more likely a problem with your site

what are the addresses of the sites you have problems with?

The site is an admin password protected site for a site called Whatculture. The site uses wordpress as it's way of editing/posting articles. I have contacted them about the issue but they have to get back to me.

Thanks

Just had a further look into it and it seems getting just a white screen is a common problem on wordpress-admin (wp-admin). It's got to do with code. I'll let the website know this. Thanks
