three laptop dongle

hi, i have a samsung laptop, which connects to my home wifi fine, the problem is when i am out and i put in my three dongle it connects fine but then keeps saying unable to find server, it never used to say this, it ran out of data credit but i can not get on to my3 page to add any more, any ideas ?

you need to add credit to your account. We cannot help
