That's probably Ei System.

Many laptops have a switch to turn wireless on/off somewhere on the case. Or if it is a key then it is usually mapped to one of the function keys so you hold down fn and press they key with a wireless transmitter symbol on it. This symbol looks a bit like a stylised tree.
