internet

I just bought a second hand dell computer.It is installed with windows vista.im with sky broadband and have been for months.i connected my internet wire and up on the screen it say's no network found.I found out the problem.it came up saying need to install internet adapter.How do i do this?? it says i might need a card...i do i find out if i need one.. i really need some help.

You need to load the Network Card Driver for this pc. Access the internet via another pc, goto the dell website, into support , drivers & downloads, enter the model or servive tag number and look for the driver here.
