dongle

through a goverment scheme l was given a free laptop and dongle .the server being (3). upto now , three months later and several trips back to the shop . comet, we still can not get the internet working. can anyone help please?

however as both the dongle and PC are under warranty you really must speak to both "3" and Comet and get this resolved. Its under warranty, it appears not to work. Exercise your rights under the sale of goods act and require that they get it working. The "not of merchantable" quality phrase comes to mind: could be worth demanding your money back (AND the fees to "3") on that basis
