RE: 3 mobile email address for problems

Firstly, despite the number of Support Forum questions we get about 3 dongles, PCIQ have no affiliation with 3 Mobile.

Secondly, in my experience if a company does not publicise a contact email, you are unlikely to get a reply if you do find an email address.

The 3 Mobile contact number is +44 7782 333 333. Obviously you will need to borrow a phone to make the call!

RE: 3 mobile email address for problems

sending e-mails to computer or phone support companies is a total waste of time.
Their whole support model is based on customers calling into call centres. The reason is simple: you can minimise the paperwork, script the advisors on what they say, ship the calls out overseas and restrict the advisors to working within specific guidelines
E-mails cause massive logistics problems, and quite simply go to the back of the queue, or are ignored.
Put simply, if you want a resolution, then phone them

However in this particular a few seconds thought suggests that this case is not going to be resolvable. Presumably you're getting "emergency calls only" because your phone company does not have a sharing agreement with anyone local to where you are in Finland. It might just be a case that you need to manually log onto a network, but most phones should do it automatically. The fact that its not, suggests you are out of luck.

Simplest resolution for you is to purchase locally a cheap pay-as-you go phone for use while you are in Finland. That will work, and also you won't get stung for massive roaming charges
