no device detection on usb-ports Toshiba satelite pro c650 with win 7 prof 32 bit

if its recently been reloaded then you're probably missing the motherboard drivers - reinstall them.
if its not been reloaded then the USB controllers are probably broken or disabled. Do they appear in device manager?
