slow pc pb easynote 1 yr old mouse eratic

What operating system?
Describe where and when the laptop is slow.
How long has it been slow
Describe what the mouse is doing or not doing.
Do you have a current anti virus programme if so which one?
What have already done to cure either fault?

The faults you nearly describe could be due to a wide range of problems and difficult to diagnose on line without detailed information.

powersuite anti-virus, pc speed up, windows anti-virus
slow going into sites, slow for example bringing up scrabble on facebook, been slow since uploading lots of pics - now got E drive- 4 weeks ago, mouse erratic 2 weeks - as I am typing this skips back to earlier text and types - driving us nuts - site freezing twice a day o so - have to wait couple of mins for catch-up

to cure tried installing £50 powersuite, pccleaners, speedy pc, defragged, system restored, removed files, cried - any idea

also when typing replies to emails press reply type 1 or 2 words and it always kicks me out with 3 options save to drafts, keep writing or bin
