Outline

Providing a home service to computer users in Derby, Matlock and Ashbourne – fixing their computer problems on the spot without taking the machine away.

Being part of a national network I also have back of office support “We provide a friendly and local service but this is delivered by qualified IT professionals, using their MCP.”

“The majority of households in Derby and the surrounding towns have a computer and a growing number of professional people in the area are working from home in very rural locations. When their PC breaks down these people need it to be fixed quickly and efficiently without the inconvenience of unplugging it and taking it to a shop,”

Stephen adds, “As well as being face-to-face, another benefit of our service is that our hourly rate is extremely competitively priced. We only charge for the actual time spent working on a problem. There is no additional call out fee. We understand that it is incredibly frustrating for people when their computers break down when they’re in the middle of something, so we always try to respond immediately to client calls and resolve problems within a few hours.

I am 33, and lives in a small village near Ashbourne with my wife and daughter. After spending 5 years as Head of Sales & Marketing Director for Nestle Waters, I was ready for a complete lifestyle change.

I wanted to work with people in my own local community – providing a good value and quality service. Living in a very rural area myself I understand how difficult it can be to get hold of professional IT support without travelling for miles.”

I hope to be working with home users and small businesses in Derby, Matlock, Ashbourne and the surrounding villages.
