Specialising in home users, sole traders and small businesses with up to 10 computers, the provider understands that their needs are very different to that of a larger organisation.
The company provides an on site diagnosis and repair service for all types of Windows computer and server, and for some Mac systems as well. Working at the customer's premises removes the need for potentially damaging disassembly and reconnection and in addition makes for a more accurate diagnosis and speedier repair.
