I have been in the computer industry since 1978 and grown up with all makes and models. I cover all Hardware and Software support, from Laptops, Desktops, Networks, Servers, NAS Drives, Media Servers, External Drives, Printers, Cabling, WiFi. I have a wealth of experience in DOS, all Versions of Windows up to Present Day Windows 8, MAC OS, Specialize in Data Recovery, Virus and Malware removal, Upgrades, Cleanup, Disk Optimization, All forms of Backup.
More importantly am familiar with the common documented (and un-documented) bugs, fixes and updates for Windows. No job is too small nor too big, I have thousands of delighted clients. I also provide complete remote support for software issues (relies on good internet connection and working computer).
