Completely free call-out
All our engineers are fully equipped to tackle any problem on the go. We know how important your busy lives mean to you, and that's why we'll travel to your home or work place completely free of charge to diagnose the problem with your computer and run you through the required work. Once we have your consent, in the vast majority of cases we will be able to fix your PC or laptop on the spot.

Single flat-rate fee
We charge a single flat-rate fee for labour all jobs we undertake. Whether it takes an hour or several visits, we won't charge you any extra. This is simply because we know believe that the customer should know exactly what they're paying before they even call us.

Extremely low prices on parts
Using our strong links with industry and years of experience in computer repairs, we're able to offer you considerable savings on any parts required for repairs or upgrades through using our valuable partners. Unlike many repair companies, we won't add a "cut" on the price of any parts we source for you, and we'll even pass on a copy of the receipt of purchase for your reference.

Free health-check included with all work undertaken
When working on a customer's PC or laptop, we also perform several checks to make sure everything is as it should be. 90% of systems we look at have problems the owner either isn't fully aware of or thought was normal. We'll find these for you and fix them completely free of charge before they have a chance to interrupt your work. Many people ask us, "why do something you're not being paid for?" The answer: because we truly care.

Real experts
Unlike many alledged "computer repair" services dotting up around the map, we won't install all these free utilities and "registry cleaners" claiming that they'll improve your PC's performance.

Warranty work undertaken
If your computer has developed a hardware fault which requires a replacement of parts, we'll check if it still has a manufacturer warranty. We regularly have customers who bring their laptops to us complaining of being quoted a large repair fee by a local computer repair shop, completely unaware of the fact that they could have the repair work done under the warranty for free! We will advise you if any work can be done free under your computer's warranty and, if you don't want the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer, we can even process it for you for a small handling fee.

We put customer service above all and that's why we will - subject to your permission - contact you 7 days after our visit to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your PC. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to resolve any outstanding issues.
