I can't rate Value for Money because that's a long term matter. Goran said my system was about to crash irretrievably and if that was so Value for Money was excellent. But I have no way of telling other than relying on his word, which has been very good so far. He was very personable and calm and patient, especially when it meant doing something extreme like wiping all my programs and data with a complete format of my hard disk. I would have been very nervy at that point. His advice to get ANOTHER external hard disk was not helpful, as the one I have does the job really well. I found it had a USB connection and it addresses my computer each time so I can use it for data storage as he suggested. The ethernet cable was too fast and caused the computer to hang up. I was most impressed at the care which Goran took making sure all my data was saved / backed up before he took the final step. I now have a much faster system that works how I want, thank you.
