Hi Lora B, Do you mean that the Save Aa option is missing in the 'Office Button' options, or that using the 'diskette' symbol only offers save rather than save as? If you click on the Office Button [top l.h. corner] it must offer both save as and save functions. The save icon only mentions save if you hover, but will change automatically to save as, if you haven't previously saved a document. Does this help or confuse more?
We are a small IT consultancy and support company providing a 'total' package to the SME, Home and Home Office User.
Our approach is one of 'relationship' with the client, where he feels comfortable to discuss current and future IT requirements, and we make recommendations of suitable solutions.
Trading as a limited company since 2000, the principal has a broad understanding of most IT issues, having formerly been Head of IT for a major European retail group.
Much of our work currently involves networking, primarily WAN and email solutions, and linking in via WiFi, VPN and other networking solutions.
We are also very responsive to support requests, mainly using remote access to resolve computer issues, with onsite visits where this is not practicable.
We do a lot of work with the 'silver surfer' helping to maintain family links with email, VOIP, video and training.
