With over 12 years of service to the IT industry I am dedicated to bringing you the best service at an affordable price. Most work carried out within 24 hours. Success rate for work carried out onsite stands at 95%. I work on a no fix no fee basis. Your problems are first assessed and I will give you the possible outcome before beginning repair procedures and confirm that you are happy with the work to be carried out. All agreed data are backed up where possible. Emergency work are priotised, however please note that all emergencies are at extra cost. I don't charge an hourly rate, I will price up your work and give you an estimate. So it does not matter whether I spend an hour or 8 hours. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved onsite, the work will be carried out offsite and your item returned to you at a convenient time. You will be kept up to date with all events.
