The quality was excellent. My main reservation is that computer repairs cost so much. I know my cost was a lot less than PC World would have charged, for example, but I am also a trained expert in my field and yet can only command on average 25 pounds an hour for my skills.

as other usb devices work ok, it could be worth checking for a drive letter conflict, if so resolve it by using disk manager to change drive letters.
