Originally a self taught Apple Macintosh user, I became a fully trained Apple Engineer and served with several companies during the 90's and 2000's. I specialise more with fixing rather than replacing, something which I found quite distressing when a customer recently went to an Apple Store, to find that all the Genius staff wanted to do was replace the hard drive rather than fix the issue. The issue was software related and therefore fixable; the customers data was retained and in tact - another happy customer.
