He is prompt, effecient and knowledgeable. He came out to look at my computer and it was past fixing as it needed a new motherboard. He did not charge me as he wasn't able to help.

@David: If you have a Hotmail account, if you press the 'Office' button at the top of the webpage, you can use free online versions of the most used Office apps. They have all the most often used features and you probably would not need anything more.
