This is not simple to explain! This is the history. I started to have problems with Firefox being sent to the wrong sites about ten days ago. Then found I could not get through the log in on my bank website. Installed Microsoft Security Essentials and appeared to have cleared system but did not help with Bank. Phoned barclays online help. They recommended I download Kaspersky Internet Security (trial version). This found and cleared trojans but still did not allow me to get to bank account. Barclays suggested I download a new browser. I downloaded Opera which worked with the bank webpage. I then uninstalled Firefox and downloaded it again but this didn't work. Meanwhile I am getting numerous warnings from Kaspersky. It seems I need Windows Service Pack but I don't have enough space on my C drive to download it. Lots of operations are getting aborted and closing. I think it has got beyond my capabilities!
