Customer's Description:

The screen appears to have died - the computer crashed and then when it restarted the screen was very pixellated and had lost all colour except fuzzy purple and green. I looked online to see what problems could have caused this, but found no concrete answers. I have been advised that its possibly a loose wire in the screen. I tried updating drivers, un-installing software etc. but nothing seemed to fix it.
