Printer Issues

Customer's Description:

I have a new macbook pro and new epson stylus sx445w all-in-one printer. I followed the instructions on the disc and set up the printer wi fi ok but my mac can't find my printer. I have tried adding a printer putting in the ip address from the printer, but still have had no luck. I have also downloaded the latest printer drivers from epson (this took 1 hour) but still no success. I am going round in circles, please can you help. I need my printer urgently for college work.
