Virus/Spy ware Removal

Customer's Description:

My laptop was remotely accessed as part of a fraudulent scam. I need t----o have it checked over,any viruses/spyware installed removed, the 'scam' software formally identified and removed,re-installation of my MacAfee security and ....most importantly a report detailing all findings and necessary actions taken for my credit card company and the police. I would like Michael H to take this on if possible.I am not using my laptop at all at present so cannot easily get e-mails.
