Customer's Description:

Email messages out and in are not migrating from Virgin Website to my machine. Three attempts to get any solution from Virgin failed. Is it me or is it them?. Loath to change ISP, as so inconvenient. In addition, my desktop (OSx Leopard) seems slow. Is it clogged up? I did get Mackeeper, but haven't fathomed it.
