Customer's Description:

I have two laptops running W and have MS Outlook OK in both. This Desktop PC I updated from XP Media to W successfully BUT despite uninstalling and reinstalling MS Office several times OUTLOOK will not load properly and says "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The Information Store could not be opened". I have looked at forums and am getting confused about what is the best to do.
