Customer's Description:	we have two desktop computers (one mac, one pc) and a laptop, with wireless connection plus devolo ethernet. one desktop has suddenly stopped being able to connect to teh internet (connected previously using devolo ethernet). in the process of trying to correct this, some network/filesharing has gone awry....
