Customer's Description:	Loaded up a hard drive and eating all memory, synching all files instead of backing them up. Trying to delet files but still no memory, going down and down. Like theres something using his computer.Need somneone to come to home ASAP!! as worried wont b able to turn it on again due to no memory.
